Ingredients: maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin), L-ascorbic acid, cyanocobalamin, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, thiamin hydrochloride, D-pantothenate, calcium, nicotinamide, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), retinyl acetate, phyloquinone, cholecalciferol, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin.
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with your first meal of the day, and another portion with your last meal. Alternatively you can take the whole daily portion (2 capsules) with one of your meals and plenty of water.
